Homebirth Midwifery Services
Birthing at home, surrounded by those you choose, and in the continuous care of a midwife, can provide an optimal birthing environment for the majority of healthy women experiencing normal pregnancies. For the vast majority, pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding are normal, natural functions of life. While these are physical events, the effects of the mind, spirit and emotions of the birthing person, as well as those at the birth, cannot be underestimated. This fee covers all prenatal care, the birth (including the birth assistant fee) and six weeks of postpartum care. We offer payment plans and discounts and our billing company handles all insurance claims; most clients receive at least partial reimbursement after the baby is born. We serve Bucks, Montgomery, parts of Philadelphia and Berks counties. We do not attend births in NJ, however we often serve NJ clients at PA locations.

We offer comprehensive well-person care services, including PAP tests, STI testing, routine examinations, and nutrition, herbal, and supplement counseling. Your comfort is our priority. If you have any concerns or special needs, please let us know in advance so we can make your visit as comfortable and personalized as possible.

We provide personalized counseling on understanding your reproductive cycle, optimizing conception, and choosing the right nutrition and supplements. We will discuss your past efforts in detail and outline effective steps moving forward. Partner testing may also be indicated and offered during this appointment. We are passionate about helping same-sex couples, trans individuals, and other diverse families create their families.

We offer comprehensive contraception counseling, including guidance on the Caya diaphragm and herbal options. Together, we can explore the best contraceptive methods to suit your needs and lifestyle.

We offer nutritional counseling that includes bloodwork, supplement recommendations, and tailored dietary changes at our office in Doylestown. Zoom counseling is also available upon request for your convenience.
